Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how AI SearchMagiq ("we," "us," or "our") handles the free trial and fees for paid plans. It is part of the Terms of Service. If this policy and a checkout screen disagree about a charge, the checkout amount you authorized controls that charge, and this policy controls whether that charge is returned.
1. One 14-day free trial, with no card
14-day free trial, no card needed. Cancel anytime.
You may start one 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a payment card. We do not ask for a card to begin it, we do not place a hold, and we do not charge you when the 14 days end. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own.
Trial features and limits are the ones shown in the product. When the trial ends, trial access ends unless you have separately started a paid subscription. Starting a paid plan is a new purchase. It is not a continuation of a free period that you can later undo.
2. Paid plan prices
If you choose a paid plan, you pay the price shown at checkout. Current published monthly prices, which this policy does not change, are:
- Starter: $39 per month.
- Pro: $79 per month.
- Growth: $199 per month.
- Additional website slot: $49 per month, where your plan allows extra slots.
- Article Boost: $29 per month, where your plan allows it.

Early-access pricing and plan terms are a placeholder pending pricing approval. This section does not set a price, a discount, a coupon, or a different article allowance. Until a later update replaces this placeholder, the published prices in the section above are the prices that apply.
3. Paid fees are not refunded
Paid subscription fees and add-on fees are billed in advance for the current period. We do not refund those fees, and we do not refund unused days after a charge succeeds. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
A free trial is not a promise that a later paid charge will be reversed. Nothing on the website, in email, or in support conversations changes this section. Paid fees stay with us once the charge succeeds, except for a confirmed billing error or a return that a non-waivable law requires.
4. How to cancel
Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard, or email hello@aisearchmagiq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not shorten that period and it does not return the fee for it.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged an amount you did not authorize, or charged more than once for the same period because of a billing error, email us within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email and the charge date. We will review it. If we confirm the error, we will correct it, which may include a reversal of the erroneous amount. Correcting an error is not a general right to a refund of a valid charge.
6. When the law requires a return
If a law where you live cannot be waived and requires us to return a payment or to honor a cooling-off period, that law controls for the amount it requires. Contact us and we will follow that requirement. That legal duty does not add a broader right to a refund of other fees.
7. Payment disputes
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can review it first. We may suspend paid access while a dispute over that charge is open.
