Terms of Service

AI SearchMagiq helps you publish structured business information, including JSON-LD, and, on plans that include it, blog articles meant to be readable by search engines and AI systems. Plan features, article allowances, and website slots are the ones shown on the pricing page and in the product when you subscribe.

We may improve, change, or stop parts of the Services. We do not promise that any page will be indexed, cited, ranked, or recommended by Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other system, or that you will receive any particular amount of traffic or revenue.

You must give accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough and otherwise able to enter a binding contract. The Services are not directed to children under 16.

If you use the Services for a company or a client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

14-day free trial, no card needed. Cancel anytime.

A new customer may start one 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a payment card. We do not collect a card to start it, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription or charge you when the 14 days end.

Trial access, article allowances, and website slots are limited and are described in the product. When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you already have an active paid subscription. You may choose a paid plan during the trial or after it ends. We may refuse or end a trial that is duplicated, abusive, or started with false information.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in U.S. dollars. The prices below are the current published prices. These Terms do not change them. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize for that purchase.

• Starter: $39 per month.
• Pro: $79 per month.
• Growth: $199 per month.
• Additional website slot: $49 per month, where your plan allows extra slots.
• Article Boost: $29 per month, where your plan allows it.

Taxes may be added where required. We may change future prices by posting the new prices or telling you before they apply to a later billing period. A price change does not change fees already paid for the current period. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

A paid subscription renews each month until you cancel. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the plan and add-ons you select, including renewal charges. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid access until a charge succeeds. The free trial is not a paid subscription and does not renew into a charge.

You may cancel at any time from the billing area of your account or by emailing hello@aisearchmagiq.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access you have already paid for continues until the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not return fees already charged.

The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Paid subscription and add-on fees are billed in advance and are not refunded. The free trial is not a purchase and does not create a payment or a right to have money returned.

Paid fees stay with us once the charge succeeds, except for a confirmed billing error or a return that a non-waivable law requires.

If you were charged an amount you did not authorize, or charged more than once for the same period because of a billing error, email us within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email and the charge date. We will review it. If we confirm the error, we will correct it, which may include a reversal of the erroneous amount. Correcting an error is not a general right to a refund of a valid charge.

You keep ownership of the business information, articles, images, and other material you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and deliver Customer Content solely to provide the Services, including sending it to the subprocessors described in the Privacy Policy, such as the provider used to generate content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business facts and for having the rights to anything you submit. You will not submit material you do not have permission to use.

You may not:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights while using the Services.
• Attempt to access another customer's account, data, or website without permission.
• Interfere with the Services, probe them for a vulnerability, or overload them.
• Use the Services to distribute malware or unlawful content.
• Resell or share access except through an affiliate or agency arrangement we actually offer.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as a human customer's personal statement when that would deceive someone.

The Services, software, site design, and AI SearchMagiq brand are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership. While your account is in good standing, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business or for clients you are authorized to serve.

The Services rely on third parties, including hosting, authentication, payments, email, and content generation. Their availability and terms can affect the Services. We are not responsible for third-party websites you choose to visit or connect.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business result. Generated text and structured data can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing content before you rely on it or publish it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI SearchMagiq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill, even if we have been told those damages are possible. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services during the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

You will defend and indemnify AI SearchMagiq against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your Customer Content, your websites, or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, fails to pay, or creates risk for other customers or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that should survive by their nature, including unpaid fees, the license for content already delivered, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and the Refund Policy, continue after access ends.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide notice by email or in the product before it applies, where that is reasonably practical. If you keep using the Services after the update applies, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the update applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the business operating AI SearchMagiq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a consumer-protection law in your place of residence cannot be waived and requires something else. Those mandatory rights still apply to you.
